Park rules are in place for the well being of all who live on the park and not to place an unnecessary burden on residents. They help to ensure everyone continues to enjoy living here. For details of our park’s rules please contact us.
Very briefly:
We do not have any pets (cats or dogs).
Residents must be 52 years or over.
Only one car can be accommodated either in a garage or in the reserved parking area.
Although we currently do not have a resident’s association, all of our rules have previously been approved and accepted by the majority of residents. They are lodged with our local council.
